Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud-based systems using AWS cloud hosting
  • Develop and maintain server systems, with a focus on reliability, scale, and diagnostics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud-based systems
  • Contribute to the development of tactical and strategic solutions using Python, Go, C/C++, or other suitable high-level languages
  • Lead the implementation of DevOps pipelines and management, including GitLab configuration and automation of infrastructure provisioning

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of programming experience with modern languages such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby
  • 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 1+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, with a focus on design patterns, reliability, scaling, and security
  • 3+ years of experience with AWS, including CloudFormation and automation of infrastructure provisioning
  • Experience with DevOps pipelines and management, including GitLab configuration (CI/CD pipelines)
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical degree, or relevant work experience
  • Strong understanding of OS internals, including network and storage subsystems
