We are in search of an experienced Production Operations Leader with a robust background in the Aerospace sector. This role entails managing a team of engineers within a Lean Manufacturing Framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to manufacturing standards.
  • Lead process enhancement initiatives to optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficient in SAP software.
  • Hands-on experience on the manufacturing floor.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading process improvement strategies.
  • Possession of a Lean Six Sigma Certification is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.

  • Proven experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Accountable for managing budgetary plans with external partners.
  • Experience in executing FMEA plans.
