We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Upland Brewing. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience
- Assess customer needs and preferences to provide personalized service
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and organized bar area
- Stay focused on providing excellent guest service and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of mixology, including ingredients, techniques, and presentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
