Soliant is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to provide vital support to K-12 students in the Menlo Park area. If you possess at least 1 year of occupational therapy experience, we encourage you to apply.
- Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine student functional abilities and limitations. Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing independence and improving quality of life for each student.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions focusing on fine motor skills, daily living activities, and sensory processing.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to ensure holistic patient care and support student success.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- State licensure or eligibility for OT licensure.
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
