Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team as a Private Duty Caregiver. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to children in their homes, working closely with families to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Care Plans: Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to create and update care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Provide Skilled Nursing Care: Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other skilled nursing interventions as needed.
  • Monitor and Document Client Progress: Regularly assess and document client progress, identifying areas of improvement and making recommendations for adjustments to care plans.
  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain open and honest communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Active LPN or RN License: Possess a current and active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations.
