About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Hiring and training qualified staff according to company standards and policies
  • Coordinating hotel operations to achieve optimal results, including managing budgets and expenses
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote hotel services and increase revenue
  • Communicating effectively with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, conducting regular facility inspections, and addressing any maintenance or equipment issues
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates should:

  • Possess proven experience as a Hotel Manager, preferably in a similar setting
  • Have familiarity with hospitality industry standards, best practices, and relevant laws and guidelines
  • Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills, with an outgoing personality
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
