Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall financial success of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies, and leading a team of management-level crewmembers.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Ensure the financial success of the restaurant by forecasting and budgeting, monitoring profit and loss statements, and developing strategies to improve financial performance.
- Compliance and Operations: Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and laws, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and develop management-level crewmembers, and lead by example to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers have a positive experience in the restaurant.
- Experience: 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, with a strong track record of success.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and able to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
