Resort Ambassador

Madden's is a renowned resort that offers an exceptional experience for its guests. We are seeking a skilled Resort Greeter to provide top-notch service at the main gate of the resort.

• Monitor entry and exits at the gate, ensuring only authorized personnel and guests have access.
• Function as a security representative, monitoring and controlling the entrance of guests, and verifying age requirements and facility capacity limits.
• Direct visitors to their desired destination within the resort, while refusing admittance to unauthorized individuals.
• Welcome guests and members to Madden's with a warm and gracious demeanor.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of current guest services, activities, dining options, shops, local attractions, and historical information about Madden's and the surrounding area.
• Manage parking, ensuring employees park in designated areas.
• Communicate with delivery drivers, workmen, and other authorized personnel as needed.
• Collaborate with resort departments to maintain excellent rapport and open communication channels.
• Exhibit good work habits, maintain a positive attitude, and demonstrate reliability in completing tasks and meeting deadlines.

• Deliver exceptional service standards, guided by Employee Guidelines.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the resort and its operations.
• Be able to answer questions about the resort and the Brainerd Lakes area.
• Possess strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
• Maintain a proactive and positive attitude.
