Traveling Pharmacist

We are seeking a skilled Travel Pharmacist to join our team at Infojini Healthcare. As a Travel Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services in a hospital setting.

This is a 12-week contract position with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. The shift is varied, with opportunities for overtime. You will be working in a dynamic environment with a team of experienced healthcare professionals.

• Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management and patient education.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient care is coordinated and effective.
• Participate in sterile compounding and other pharmacy-related activities.
• Meet the requirements for the Texas Board of Pharmacy.

• Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience.
• Acute hospital experience preferred.
• Travel experience required.
• Proof of education and licensure required.
• Sterile compounding certification meeting Texas Board of Pharmacy requirements.
