Responsibilities
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional care and support to our clients.
  • Utilize Creativity in Interventions: Bring your unique perspective and skills to the table to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Prepare and Submit Individual Documentation: Keep accurate and timely records of client sessions.
  • Maintain a Caseload of 25 Client Visits per Week: Meet the requirements for full-time status with benefits.
  • Attend and Participate in Clinical Staff Meetings and Trainings: Stay connected with your colleagues and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in mental health care.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences or Related Field: Earn a graduate degree from an accredited institution.
  • Full WA State Clinical Licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW): Hold a valid license in your designated field.
  • Experience with Assessments, Treatment Plans, and Clinical Case Notes: Bring your expertise in completing assessments and treatment plans for couples.
  • Effective Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to Demonstrate and Model Stable, Appropriate Boundaries: Maintain healthy boundaries with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to Complete and Submit Documentation of Services and Other Documents in a Timely Manner: Keep accurate and timely records of client sessions.
  • Comfort and Familiarity Working with a Diverse Client Base: Welcome and support clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record Systems (Valant Experience a Plus): Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and software.
