Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Surgical Tech to join our team in a fulltime evening position.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The Surgical Tech will be responsible for assisting surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures, as well as maintaining a clean and safe operating room environment.
Responsibilities- Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe operating room environment
- Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
- Monitor and maintain anesthesia equipment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth surgical procedures
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with completion of a surgical technology program or equivalent experience.
They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, the candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
