Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 per year

**Job Description:**

The Hospital Pharmacist will work in a hospital setting, compounding and dispensing prescribed medications according to professional standards and practices. The successful candidate will provide expert clinical guidance to patients and healthcare professionals, while maintaining a productive workflow in the Pharmacy department and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Additionally, they will participate in ongoing education and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in pharmacy practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* A graduate degree in pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy* Current licensure as a pharmacist from the Board of Pharmacy of the state of practice* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills* Proficiency in using computer software and technology to manage patient records and medication information* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
