As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will supervise, evaluate, and provide speech therapy services to clients in a home setting as prescribed by the attending physician. You will treat patients with speech disorders, swallowing therapy, and hearing impairments that affect communication. In addition, you will participate in helping patients that may be recovering from a stroke or other neurological disorders. This part-time salaried position works 24 hours/week, over 4 days in the week, and is eligible for our 60% paid days off program. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive insurance plan. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our patients and their families. • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans.

• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in speech therapy.

• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Collaborate with the Enhabit Home Health & Hospice team to ensure high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to Enhabit Home Health & Hospice policies and procedures.

• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an SLP in the State of Employment.

• Must possess a valid state driver's license.

• Must possess automobile liability insurance.

• Must wear seat belts at all times while driving.

• Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.

• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
