Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications, provide vaccinations, and deliver treatment to patients.

  • Work collaboratively with physicians to develop individualized Plans of Care for each patient.
  • Document and maintain accurate medical records for patients as required.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints from patients and their care team members or guardians.
  • Assist in tracking and managing medical supply inventory alongside other team members.
  • Provide counseling to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Current and valid nursing license.
  • A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience.
  • Experience with Epic EMR is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules and assist as needed.
  • Outstanding bedside manner and communication abilities.
  • Capability to explain medical treatments and conditions to patients of all ages.
  • Familiarity with healthcare laws and regulations.
