Southland Healthcare and Rehab is seeking a skilled Nursing Professional to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Job Summary:
The Clinical Care Specialist will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans, ensuring the overall management of day-to-day clinical operations and delivery of nursing care to residents.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing and be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- Delegates the coordination and implementation of resident clinical services to appropriate staff.
- Coordinates and implements individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure the overall management of day-to-day clinical operations and delivery of nursing care to residents.
Requirements:
Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing is preferred.
