Job Overview
Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor - Shift Operations Coordinator to join our team in the United States.

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a production line, ensuring that products meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement
- Manage and develop Area Leaders to achieve production KPIs
- Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Implement corrective actions to reduce defective parts and improve productivity
- Manage inventory control and buffer levels
- Train and mentor new hires on EHS procedures and chemical handling

Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or GED plus 3 years' experience in production or Associate Degree
Experience: 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory role and/or leadership role
Knowledge: Knowledge of manufacturing processes and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Skills: Problem-solving ability, MS Office, and ERP Systems (GMES-PM/RM/SAP)
Physical Demands: Frequently required to stand and walk, must occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds, vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
