Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Cleaner/Maid to join our team at Molly Maid. As a House Cleaner/Maid, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are clean and tidy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality cleaning services to clients, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their cleaning needs and preferences
• Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve cleaning goals
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met
• Interface with clients, responding to their needs and concerns

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in home cleaning, with at least 1 year as a team lead
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
