Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team at KinderCare Learning Companies. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our children and families by delivering exceptional educational experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
- Create a safe, nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth
- Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
- Support the success of your center by achieving goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
- Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
- Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
- Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
- Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents
