Key Responsibilities

- Partner with safety teams to establish and execute safety programs
- Conduct financial monitoring and reporting, including cost tracking and projections
- Work with project superintendents to identify equipment needs, personnel skill sets, and schedules
- Manage receiving and yield reports, cost accounting, and communication logs
- Provide monthly cost-to-complete projections and weekly quantity reports in ViewPoint

Requirements

- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
- At least 5 years of industry experience, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and management
