Makeup Artist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Makeup Artist to join our team in the Saint Paul Twin Cities Market. As a Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Combine your creative and technical expertise to provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable shopping experience.
• Work collaboratively with our team to create impact with in-store events and ensure that the store achieves our high standards of visual merchandising.
• Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Requirements:

• Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is desirable, but not essential.
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an advantage.
