Wine Steward

Restaurant Depot is seeking a skilled Wine Steward to join our team. As a Wine Steward, you will be responsible for receiving and stocking wine and spirits products, ensuring that aisles, freezers, and refrigerators are well-stocked and organized. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, working with Field Marketing Representatives, Branch Manager, and department managers to develop relationships with large customers and sign up new accounts. Additionally, you will be responsible for enforcing license limitations, ensuring that payment methods are in compliance with State and local regulations, and maintaining accurate records of in-store use of product.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and stock wine and spirits products
  • Ensure that aisles, freezers, and refrigerators are well-stocked and organized
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Work with Field Marketing Representatives, Branch Manager, and department managers to develop relationships with large customers and sign up new accounts
  • Enforce license limitations
  • Ensure that payment methods are in compliance with State and local regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of in-store use of product
Requirements
  • Must pass drug screen
  • Can lift 50 lbs
  • Must be at least 21+ years old
  • At least 2 years experience in customer service
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability and availability to travel on a frequent basis
  • Computer literate
