We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Baker Assistant to join our team at Uncle Tetsu. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting our bakers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quality service to guests, including greeting and serving customers, handling payment, and preparing drinks at the Tea Bar.
- Support our bakers by preparing ingredients for baking, including portioning, weighing, and storing ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by performing cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
- Assist with front of house and back of house duties as directed by the Person in Charge.
- Some high school education or equivalent.
- Prefer some operations experience.
- Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense.
