Shredding Specialist

VRC Companies is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Shredding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure destruction of confidential documents and information.

• Operate mobile shredding equipment to destroy confidential documents and information.
• Transport documents, equipment, and supplies to and from customer locations while maintaining a safe and professional demeanor.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the interior and exterior of the company vehicle.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle safely and efficiently.
