Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc. as a Critical Care Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality Respiratory Therapy to patients in a critical care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Respiratory Therapy to patients in a critical care setting, including the administration of oxygen therapy, ventilation, and other respiratory treatments.
- Perform EKGs and Pulmonary Function tests as needed, and may be cross-trained to other patient care functions as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Monitor and maintain patient records, including vital signs, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certified by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- Must be licensed as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of North Dakota.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Official diploma or transcript from the school/university where the degree was received.
