Vighter is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (Dialysis) to join our team for a travel nursing assignment in Bremerton, Washington.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care as a Registered Nurse (Dialysis) in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to physicians.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Current Washington state nursing license (or multistate for NLC eligible states and positions).
- At least 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse (Dialysis).
- Current BLS (AHA or ARC) certification.
- ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc. certifications as needed per specialty.
