Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet each guest in a warm and friendly manner, making eye contact and smiling to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Event Support: Direct customers through metal detectors and/or scan detection wands, checking their belongings for unauthorized items.
  • Event Rules Enforcement: Politely inform customers of event rules if they appear to be in violation, such as no professional cameras, no food or beverages, or no baby carriers.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other event staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient event experience.
Requirements
