Escrow Coordinator

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year. As an Escrow Assistant with D.R. Horton, you will play a crucial role in the financial services department. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and process escrow files in a timely manner. This includes ordering title commitments, distributing documents, and ensuring that all necessary information is collected for the closing of escrow transactions. You will also assist the branch manager with administrative tasks and provide exceptional customer service to lenders, buyers, attorneys, realtors, and other stakeholders.

• Prepare and send opening letters and acknowledgments to parties involved
• Order title commitments and distribute them accordingly
• Update payoff/assumption statements as needed
• Prepare receipts for funds received from customers and/or lenders
• Order wire transfers and provide wiring instructions

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
• Six months to one year of related experience or training
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
