Key Responsibilities- Provide speech and language therapy services as part of a collaborative team
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for children facing various communication and cognitive challenges
- Utilize evidence-based methodologies to deliver compassionate care
- Address the individual needs of each child, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up
- Exhibit empathy towards patients, families, colleagues, and the community
- Show initiative, leadership qualities, and strong organizational skills
- Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech/Language Pathology from ASHA
- Valid Illinois license or eligibility to obtain one
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Pediatric Speech Language Therapy
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication abilities
- Capability to meet the physical demands associated with pediatric therapy
