About the Role

The Materials Coordinator is a key member of our project team, responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and information across the supply chain. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the procurement of materials and services, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics and inventory management.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive.
