Job Title: Senior Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager

Gulfstream SP is seeking an experienced Senior Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager to oversee commercial plumbing and HVAC construction projects in Orange County, CA. This role requires a strong background in project management, including experience with OSHPD/HCASI requirements and proficiency in Bluebeam.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of commercial plumbing and HVAC construction projects.
  • Lead project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure successful project execution within established timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHPD/HCASI regulations and other relevant building codes and standards.
  • Utilize construction software, including Bluebeam, to manage project documentation, drawings, and communication effectively.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress.
  • Resolve any project-related issues, conflicts, or challenges that may arise during construction.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols on construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in project management for commercial plumbing and HVAC construction projects.
  • Familiarity with OSHPD/HCASI requirements.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam and other construction project management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse project teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in construction projects.

Salary:

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
