Our Full Time Warehouse Associates earn an hourly rate of $20.33 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay at $30.50 per hour. We also offer additional compensation for working second shift.

Job Description

As a Warehouse Associate at Ryder, you will play a critical role in supporting our distribution operations across the US. Your responsibilities will include packaging, kitting, and assembling orders, as well as loading and unloading trailers.

You will be responsible for ensuring all scanning is completed correctly and assisting in training dock employees on new procedures. You will also perform picking and packing duties, check for evidence of product or container damage, and participate in workgroup activities to improve warehouse operations.

In addition, you will be required to perform housekeeping duties for your assigned area and operate powered industrial trucks, such as stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks.
