  • Training and Development: Provide training and development programs to ensure staff understand and comply with Company standards and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in operational compliance or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
