This role is responsible for ensuring the compliance of all Center activities with KEDPLASMA DCOP's and other Company standards and protocols to meet the regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Compliance: Ensure the Donor Center operates in compliance with KEDPLASMA DCOP's and other Company standards and protocols.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the Donor Center meets the regulatory requirements of the Assistant Manager, Manager, Quality Assurance, Operations, Customer Service, Assistant, and Management.
- Compliance Oversight: Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with Company standards and protocols.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development programs to ensure staff understand and comply with Company standards and protocols.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in operational compliance or a related field.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
