We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at a Critical Access Hospital that provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages and diagnosis.

  • Work in a dynamic therapy department that delivers high-quality patient care, including outpatients, inpatients, and SNF patients, as well as wound care, lymphedema, pelvic floor, and pediatric specialties.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in acute care or outpatient settings.
  • Current AK PT License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Acute Care/Outpatient Experience.
Facility Information
  • Acute Care Medical Center/Long Term Care Facility/Outpatient.
  • Level IV Trauma, Critical Access Hospital.
  • Total Staffed Beds: 46 - Acute Care, 22 Beds LTC.
Benefits
  • Guaranteed Hours: 72 Hours per 2 weeks.
  • Traveler can be called off for 1, 8 hour shift per 2 weeks.
  • Free parking.
Housing and Vehicle Information
  • Facility provides housing and a rental car/vehicle to travelers during assignment.
  • Housing units are typically 1-bedroom apartments.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Traveler must provide copy of valid driver's license and proof of insurance prior to operating vehicle.
