Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a traveling therapist. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Wellspring Nurse Source, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services to patients and clients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and schools
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient or client
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in communication and swallowing skills
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and clients
  • Document patient and client progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
  • Current licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with patients and clients with a variety of communication and swallowing disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
