The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000-$85,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative therapeutic plans for children on your caseload.
  • Administer and write up comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
  • Maintain effective communication with lead supervisors & coordinators regarding case management.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with families, school teams, and other professionals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely attendance and billing records.
  • Create and manage schedules with assigned families and school personnel.
  • Gather and report data on IFSP/IEP goals and progress.
  • Participate in CPSE/CSE meetings and annual reviews.

About You:

  • You have a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.
  • You hold a current New York State Physical Therapy License.
