Compensation: $19-$21/hour based on experience

Shifts:
1st shift: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm
2nd shift: Monday - Friday, 2:30pm - 11:00pm (includes $1.50 shift differential)

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

As a Turret Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently picking, pulling, and relocating entire pallets of goods while operating a turret machine. It is essential to adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing your duties. You will also be tasked with staging materials and organizing them within a warehouse setting.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Document the order number, receiver's name, and quantity on every order, box, pallet, package, and bin.
  • Immediately report any discrepancies in tickets to the designated supervisor.
  • Ensure timely pulling of all orders.
  • Assist in running freight and locating products once orders are pulled.
  • Notify the supervisor of any damaged pallets.
  • Complete daily maintenance and inspection of forklift equipment.
  • Monitor battery levels, maintain and clean batteries, and ensure material handling equipment is returned to the proper charging station.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Operate other machinery and material handling equipment as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to comprehend instructions in the official language of the country or as specified by Lineage Logistics.
  • Capability to work in extreme temperatures, ranging from -20°F/-25°C in cold storage to 100°F/37°C in dry storage, while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs; weight may vary based on facility requirements.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules and shifts, including weekends if necessary.
  • Comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels, which can be loud at times.
