ROLE OVERVIEW

This position is designed for independent contractors who are entrepreneurial in spirit. As a Financial Services Consultant, you will collaborate with established Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies to create customized financial solutions that cater to both individual and business needs across various time horizons.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legal U.S. Resident, Citizen, or Work Permit holder with a valid SSN.
  • Possession of an active Life and Health license or willingness to obtain one within the first month.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your own schedule.
  • Positive mindset, adaptable, and open to coaching.
  • Ability to establish and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Access to a computer/laptop, phone, and reliable internet connection.
  • Prior experience or education in finance is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

  • Commission-based income (1099/W9) with a competitive commission framework.
  • Unlimited income potential.
  • Performance-based bonuses available.

  • Residual income from annual client contract renewals, along with potential for passive income.

IMPORTANT NOTE

As a Financial Services Consultant, you will manage your own schedule, expenses, and business development efforts.
