About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Reckitt. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring the efficient production of our products.

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating daily production activities and resources to achieve operational metrics. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and leadership experience. You will be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide technical expertise to resolve production-related issues. You will also be able to build and maintain a high-performing team by providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $97,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily production activities and resources to achieve operational metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide technical expertise to resolve production-related issues.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team by providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment with leadership experience.
  • Experience working within a FDA regulated environment preferred.
  • Technical knowledge of manufacturing food products is preferred.
  • Proven communication skills that will allow interaction at all levels of the manufacturing organization.
  • Experience leading a production team in a complex, changing environment to deliver results to the organization.
  • Experience in a processing and packaging industry, preferably in liquids, powder or food based environment.
  • Experience using continuous improvement and problem solving tools to drive significant business results in key metrics.
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams within a broader organization preferred.
  • Basic computer skills required (i.e., Windows, SAP, WINS, Microsoft Office).
  • Able to rotate between different shifts and/or departments as required by business needs.
