Respiratory Therapist

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide critical care to patients with respiratory conditions, utilizing your expertise and critical thinking skills to assess, evaluate, and implement effective treatment plans. Your role will involve assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and providing education to patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications as prescribed and provide patient education
- Participate in activities designed to improve healthcare delivery and communicate effectively with other caregivers
- Provide clinical leadership and support lifelong learning
- Meet assigned goals and complete required training
- Current state license
- Preferred: 1 year hospital experience, ACLS certification, and basic computer knowledge using Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office
