Position Overview

S&S Property Management Inc is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Facilities Maintenance Specialist who is passionate about ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of residents within our community.

A typical day for our Facilities Maintenance Specialist may involve:

  • Diagnosing and repairing: Electrical systems, plumbing (including water lines), and HVAC units.
  • Maintaining: Appliances, water irrigation systems, and all aspects of the property including stairs, gates, fences, patios, and railings.
  • Handling: Flooring materials such as tile and carpet, as well as interior and exterior lighting.
  • Overseeing: Fireplaces, ceiling fans, gas fixtures, and appliances.
  • Ensuring: The functionality of shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, and sliding glass doors.
  • Managing: Boiler systems, door locks, P.O. boxes, and security systems.
  • Maintaining: Pool areas, including tile and pool furniture.

Applicants must possess a truck or reliable transportation and be available for weekend rotations and on-call emergencies.

Preferred qualifications include HVAC, EPA, and CPO certifications or relevant experience.
