$110,000.00 to $120,000.00

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients in maintaining, restoring, and enhancing their movement and functionality.
  • Conduct regular reexaminations and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Engage in discharge planning and other assigned duties.

Qualifications:
  • Current state license to practice physical therapy.
  • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program recognized by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
  • Minimum of one year of relevant physical therapy experience, particularly in home health care.
  • Current CPR certification.
