Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in maintaining, restoring, and enhancing their movement and functionality.
- Conduct regular reexaminations and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Engage in discharge planning and other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Current state license to practice physical therapy.
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program recognized by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
- Minimum of one year of relevant physical therapy experience, particularly in home health care.
- Current CPR certification.
