Job Summary

Porvair Filtration Group Inc is seeking a skilled CNC Mill and Lathe Machinist to join our team in Boise. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating and setting up CNC and manual lathes and mills to produce high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC lathes and mills, including setting up tooling, loading and machining parts, and reading engineering drawings and CNC programming.
  • Set up and operate horizontal band saws, monitor coolant levels, and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient production and high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Multi-axis CNC programming experience and knowledge of manual lathes.
  • Proven record of technical trouble shooting and problem solving.
  • Preferably a degree or certificate in CNC programming or equivalent experience.
