As a Delivery Driver and Mail Handler with the US Postal Service, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and secure delivery of mail and packages to customers across the country.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a vehicle to deliver mail and packages along a designated rural route
  • Interact with customers to provide exceptional service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Sort and prioritize mail in delivery sequence for assigned routes
  • Collect and process accountable mail, including monies and receipts
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and delivery routes

**Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • The ability to lift and carry heavy packages
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

**Estimated Salary:** $52,500 per year
