Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Personalized Care: Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, feeding, and linen changes, while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Monitor Resident Conditions: Observe and record residents' vital signs, food and liquid intake, and output, reporting any changes to the charge nurse promptly.
  • Document Resident Information: Complete accurate and thorough documentation of resident care, including meal percentage sheets and intake records.
  • Assist with Admissions and Transfers: Participate in the admitting, transferring, and discharging of residents, ensuring a smooth transition process.
  • Participate in Recreational Activities: Engage with residents in recreational and therapeutic activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licensure: Current state Certified Nursing Assistant license required.
  • Experience: Six months' healthcare experience preferred.
Working Conditions
