Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Credit Solutions Advisor II to join our team at Disability Solutions. As a key member of our financial services team, you will provide expert guidance and advice on borrowing and banking options to our clients.

About the Role:

In this role, you will analyze client financial needs, recommend alternative or additional financial services, and connect with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities. You will also be responsible for acquiring new and deepening existing client relationships through client meetings and presentations.

Salary and Incentives:

We offer a competitive salary range of $24.04 - $28.41 hourly pay, determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Additionally, this role is eligible for a formulaic incentive plan and offers a range of benefits to support your well-being and career growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of credit and home lending requirements
