The CVOR Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive clinical care to assigned patients during each shift. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing direct patient care while supervising delegated staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct clinical care to patients in the CVOR setting.
  • Supervise nursing staff and delegate appropriate tasks.
  • Support the facility's Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining safe and effective nursing practices.
  • Manage resources effectively to optimize patient care.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of nursing experience, including a minimum of 1 year in an acute care setting within the CVOR specialty.
  • Licensure: Must hold a valid nursing license and meet all certification requirements.
  • CPR Certification: Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
