About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Anesthesiologist to join our team at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Westover Hills Hospital in San Antonio, TX. As a member of our anesthesia care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia services to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing general surgery, orthopedic, GI, urology, ENT, spine, ophthalmology, OB/GYN, Neuro, and pain management procedures
- Perform regional and peripheral nerve blocks
- Work collaboratively with a team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs to ensure seamless anesthesia care
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide backup coverage as needed
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $565,000 per year, paid as a 1099 in exchange for 35 weeks of anesthesia coverage. You will also enjoy significant time off, with one week off every third week, and no scheduled cases on holidays.
