About the Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Associate General Counsel, Securities & M&A to join our dynamic team at ReAlpha. As a critical member of our in-house legal department, you will be responsible for providing expert legal counsel on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and corporate governance matters.

Key Challenges:

  • Support complex M&A transactions, including due diligence and deal structuring
  • Ensure compliance with securities law and regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external advisors and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and regulatory developments

Requirements:

  • JD from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in at least one state
  • 2+ years of legal experience with a focus on securities law and M&A
  • Solid foundation in securities laws and SEC reporting requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
