About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Fall Cohort team. As a New Graduate RN, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' medical status upon admission and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs
  • Foster continuity and quality of care with the best interest and well-being of patients and their families in mind
  • Comply with evaluation, treatment, and documentation guidelines
  • Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs
Requirements
  • ASN/ADN or BSN from an accredited program
  • Current Colorado RN license
  • Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
  • Ability to work nights and/or weekends
