  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and participate in corrective actions to enhance our quality management system.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide guidance and training to production associates on quality-related procedures and best practices.
  • Audit and Compliance: Assist in facilitating and performing process audits and annual ISO audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: 3+ years of experience in Quality or a complementary role, with a strong understanding of quality management systems and industry standards.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with precision hand measuring equipment.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to multitask and react to a dynamic work environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Work Environment: Normal manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination required.

  • Personal Protective Equipment: Protective eyewear to be worn while operating machinery.
